At Rolikart, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably — no matter where you are in the world. This page explains our shipping process, available options, estimated delivery times, and how we handle international orders.

1. Where We Ship

We proudly ship to over 100+ countries worldwide, including:

  • North America (USA, Canada, Mexico)
  • Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.)
  • Asia (India, UAE, China, Japan, etc.)
  • Australia and New Zealand
  • Africa and South America (select regions)

Note: If we do not currently ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons or product launches.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Digital products have no shipping fee. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — be sure to check our homepage or newsletter for updates.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable charges upon delivery.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through:

  • The courier’s website
  • Your Rolikart account under My Orders
  • Our Order Tracking page

7. Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. Rolikart is not responsible for:

  • Delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses
  • Unclaimed or refused shipments
  • Additional charges for redelivery

If a package is returned due to address errors or failure to accept delivery, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

8. Split Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or location. You will receive tracking details for each shipment. No additional shipping fees will apply for split orders.

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes in some regions
  • We do not ship to embargoed or restricted countries
  • Hazardous or restricted items may not be shipped to all destinations
