2. How to Return a Physical Product

Receive Return Instructions
Our support team will review your request and send the return authorization and address of our international return warehouse. -
Ship the Item
Carefully repack the item and ship it via a trackable international courier. Clearly label the package with your order number.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered defective or incorrect. We do not provide pre-paid return labels at this time.
3. Refunds for Physical Products
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved returns will be refunded within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
